We complete as much of the refurbishment as we can, calling in the trades for plumbing and electrics, where needed. This means we keep costs low.

Phil has a long history of DIY, handyman and maintenance work under his belt and will turn his hand to most things. Previous jobs have included garage conversions, refitting kitchens, tiling, decorating, laying patios, built in wardrobes, loft insulation to name a few!
