Phil Thomas
I’ve always been interested in property and together with my wife Laura, in 2013, we became landlords and brought our first rental property in Luton. Since then, we have grown our own rental property portfolio, and now we work alongside other investors to buy property, refurbish them and provide high returns on their original investment.
Doing most of the work myself, I keep costs down and appreciate learning a new skill!
Whilst building the portfolio, I was a Retail Manager for 20 years in various stores including Homebase, before jumping out of the rat race and working full time in property.
I am a member of NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) so tenants, landlords and investors can be assured that I hold myself accountable and offer a high standard of work.

Laura Thomas
As Phil mentioned, we came into the property business back in 2013, and have steadily grown since then. Phil is the main man, running the day to day business, visiting properties and talking to investors. My role is part time working behind the scenes with the admin side of the business. I liaise mortgage brokers, solicitors and estate agents. I enjoy marketing the properties once completed whilst keeping eyes and ears open for the next project!
Alongside my interest in property, I am a full time Psychotherapist, and run a lovely, successful business from our home in Bedfordshire. We become so emotionally attached to property; your first home, family home, bereavement and probate. You are in safe hands!
